Market is something we look forward to going to each season....we can't wait to see what's new for the upcoming seasons, finding new and unique things and....SHOPPING!!! I cannot explain how fun it is to see the fashion shows and displays and peruse through all of the new styles in both home decor and fashion! 
Of course Brighton is always one of our favorite places to visit! Not only do we get to order new products, but Brighton always helps us grow as retailers by giving us the opportunity to mingle with other stores and share ideas! We learn a lot each time we go to Brighton, not just from the company, but from other little boutiques and stores just like us! We had the opportunity this last week to attend a seminar with Brighton, have an amazing lunch AND win something! I swear I should take this girl to Vegas!! Brighton greeted her with a new tassel to "Brighton" her handbag with! (You'll be hearing more about this new program from Brighton that we are SUPER excited about!) THEN, she won a pair of Brighton shoes!!! Woo Hoo!!! I think we could have left then and been completely happy!!
Sorrelli was another fun stop! We had fun trying on the jewelry that Miranda Lambert bought for herself!  Their slogan is "Life layered in Sparkle".....and they mean it! This jewelry is absolutely stunning! And, when it comes with a lifetime guarantee....it makes it even better!!! You'll be seeing new Sorrelli arriving soon, and SO MUCH MORE!!

My MOST favorite thing about market though, is thinking about you....our sweet customers! It's kind of like shopping for Christmas presents! We've been so blessed to create relationships with all of you, and we've gotten to know each of you, and when we shop, different personalities of each of you come to mind. We see faces of who we know will just love a certain piece. We can put a name and face to who is going to be so excited for a new product or a new shoe, etc. It makes it really special and personal for us to shop in this huge place. We get excited about sharing it all with you!! We go back in a week for gift market and plan on taking more pictures and sharing more of our experience with you! You are the reason we get to go to market, and we are shopping for all of you! Thank you so much for all that you do for us and for all of your friendships and love! We are blessed beyond measure to have the privilege of serving you! We hope you enjoy shopping with us as much as we enjoy shopping for you!!! 

Wild About Leopard!

 We are wild about leopard around here! We have loved seeing this trend become a must have staple in our closets....and what was once more of a fall statement, leopard is definitely taking it's place in our closets for the spring wardrobe as well! No longer is leopard only allowed to be put with black or brown in the cooler months of the year.....It's being paired with mint, coral, turquoise, pink, purple, green, red, and any other color you can imagine! If you haven't embraced this trend yet, you are not too late....and this print is definitely here to stay!  Leopard is a top pick print trend to know, and is still being shown strong for fall this year too! Glamour says, "Don't hold back when it comes to animal prints in 2016. Pick a statement piece, like a mid-length coat, and choose one in a strong graphic pattern. It's a head-turner, for sure, but if you're going to do it, do  it." Shoes are always a great statement piece as well! We have you covered for great leopard prints to add to your wardrobe! Manic Monday!

Well, it's officially Monday.....and this Monday could not be living up to its reputation any better if it tried! Isn't it funny how Mondays tend to greet you with more mountains to move, fires to put out, and problems to solve than is humanly possible for one person!?! I think we put a lot of pressure on Monday....or at least I do. It's always the day I'm going to start my new diet or get organized or just get my life together in some way! In truth, Monday is a terrible day to start anything!! This is what I've come to the conclusion of anyway.....my new start day is going to be Thursday!!! LOL!  Monday is the day I struggle to merely survive.....so why don't I face Monday with the preparation that it proves to me EVERY week that it deserves!?! Monday calls for coffee....Monday calls for Jesus.....Monday calls for strength and perseverance.....Monday calls for a bubble bath and possibly a glass of wine....Monday calls for adulting. Period. Maybe that's the reason behind God giving us Sunday....not so much that we need a day of rest from our week, but that we need a day of rest before the storm that awaits us in the week to come!
